Our Leadership

Mubashar Hameed
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mubashar’s track record of developing complex e-commerce platforms for a number of high profile corporations dates back over 20 years, as do his successes in leading transformative initiatives through the building of enterprise-scale systems.

Previously, Mubashar was the EVP and CIO of global payment services company MoneyGram International; where in addition to modernizing the online and mobile money transfer platforms, he also oversaw the deployment of state-of-the-art enterprise systems. Prior to that, Mubashar played a transformative role as SVP and CIO at Fiserv, building robust e-business capabilities as well as simplification of a complex systems environment. Earlier, he spent over 10 years with General Electric in CIO and CTO roles, focusing his efforts on the successful transformation of IT for the divisions of Security, Commercial Finance, Aero Energy, and Engine Services.

Imran Sayeed
Advisor and Investor

Imran is the current SVP and Chief Technology Officer for the world’s sixth largest IT services company, NTT Data. In his position with NTT Data, Imran oversees 6000 technology professionals scattered throughout North America and Asia.

Prior to that, Imran was the founder of tech strategy consulting firm netNumina which was listed in Inc 500’s fastest growing businesses and ranked among Computerworld’s top 100 emerging companies before it was acquired by NTT Data. Imran also founded Open Environment and steered the company from its early days as a startup to IPO. A highly sought after talent, Imran is a senior lecturer for the MIT Sloan School of Management where he teaches entrepreneurship and innovation to MBA students. He is a joint internet technology patent holder with Citibank and is also on the advisory board for a number of software and private equity companies.
